Lotus Golden Hotel does not offer pre-check-in room inspections, meaning you cannot inspect the room before check-in. However, you may cancel your reservation for a refund; please review our refund policy HERE. If you require a pre-check-in room inspection, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
If you refuse to check in, Lotus Golden Hotel will charge a penalty fee equal to the full room rate.
