ROOM RESERVATION GUIDE

After reviewing the room information provided on the website, guests can make a reservation in one of the following two ways:
Method 1: Call us directly for faster assistance and to get accurate information on room availability.
Method 2: Book directly on the website lotus.goldenlotushotel.vn.
Check-in Time:
Check-in from 2:00 PM (early check-in is subject to room availability, and guests may be charged an additional fee for this request).
Check-out by 12:00 PM.
*Note: Services not included in the package will be charged at standard rates as per regulations.

PAYMENT METHODS

Currently, Lotus Golden Hotel accepts payment via credit cards (Credit card) from Vietnamese banks or international Visa cards.

Guests should follow the steps below:

Step 1: Guests select a suitable room and click “Book Now” to proceed to the booking page, where they should review the room rates and additional services.

Step 2: Customers fill in all required information in each field.

Step 3: Enter your credit card information to proceed with payment. Then review and confirm the details before completing the payment by checking the box marked in red below.

Step 4: After completing the payment process, Lotus Golden Hotel will send a booking/service confirmation to the customer’s registered email address.
